Project 365: Day 10…Kind Of
OK, I’ll be honest: I didn’t take a single picture today. Not one. No, not even using Photobooth while in the bathroom (did you really wonder about that? What is wrong with you?)
I don’t want to leave this day completely neglected, so I’ll post an old picture. This is Rachel and me from a fourth of July party she threw about 14 years ago. While doing the math, I realized that we have been friends for over half the span of our lives. It’s crazy, because it doesn’t seem like that much time has passed.
Anyhow, it was a fun time, even if some girls her brother knew from high school showed up. Hint to all of you young girls out there: drinking at the party with the big kids does not make you cool. In fact, you look quite silly when you’re in a corner of the backyard puking after drinking not even half a beer. Trust me on this.

Holy sheet! That is a very old picture and I’m very embarassed by my outfit. We’ve known each other for a LONG time Apee. I’m really feeling old now!

At least now we have kids! Do you remember those little girls at the Alanis concert back when we were, what, 21 or 22? They asked if we had kids and said we were old enough to have at least two or three!
By the way, your outfit is perfectly cute. You should see some of the pictures I have from high school. I shudder to remember the clothes and hair! Also, I think what you’re wearing is coming back into style, so you’re looking ahead of the times!
